Looking for something where I could have shifts with requirements and staff marked with those req\'s and just click and it would populate and then I could tweek it as needed. would make life easier. Hotel with 2 restaurants one casual one fancy, different servers can work in both but others can not, so if I could flag them with if they could or not then auto fill a schedual I would save alot of time. Cant find this ability here.

In spite of the promises to help manage the chaotic nature of a staff of part-time employees, DRoster simply doesn\'t solve the problem. For an organization that has modest scheduling needs, the program is too complicated, and for an organization that has major scheduling problems, the program just doesn\'t seem to do enough. While I can\'t recommend it, there are probably some set of scheduling problems that this software could handle.

Not enough help in setting up scheduling patterns

Really Good This is a really great software, It does the task of organizing your staff and duties as well as a nice summarry of shift information.The only slight draw back is no having a tutorial to explain some features. But other than that its what I need to organize my scheduling.

Not what I need This software is not intuitive and is hard to use for multiple employees at a single site all having the same schedule. I found that just putting together an excel spreadsheet was easier than trying to use this software.

trying out demo I have been searching for a user friendly scheduling program and wanted to try this one because it was free. It did not work as I had wished. I need a program that one can plug in the shifts of each employee and be able to figure out a more sensible combination of part and fulltime employees to fill in the needed hours.

I downloaded and installed the planning force express scheduler software in my system which runs on windows 7 OS. When I attempt to import MS project plan, (MPP version 2010) it did not complete successfully and I get a message saying \'unexpected exception\'. I\'m unable to do anything further. I\'m not able to use the software at all. Need some help.

Your product is well designed A+. Unfortunately It was not what I was looking for in a program. I need something easier to navigate.If I had the time to learn it I would use it. Most definite! Thank you.

Office Tracker Scheduling Software Nice Web based scheduler - unfortunately, won't work for our purposes. I would certainly rate the software as "good", but internet server storage/transmission poses problems for our type business. In particular, I do not want to leave any ports open to our server/internet access (through our firewall) and with the PHI security standards requiring patient confidentiality and encryption, simply do not want to have to add this type service (internet server application) to our security plan (nor wish to monitor/certify, etc.). Unsure whether this program can meet the need I am looking for scheduling software that allows a resource (e.g. employees) to be fitted to shifts on a rotating basis automatically. Each department has its own employees (e.g. Department A has 20 employees numbered A1 to A20 and Department B has its own employees numbered B1 to B20 while department C might have only one employee C1 and Department D might have 8 employees D1 to D8). Doesn`t quite meet my needs This program does not provide enough user defined fields for the "customer" entry. I am a veterinarian and need fields for breed, species, diagnosis, start date, etc.
